Peter Davison
Principal Conductor
Peter has worked extensively with orchestras, musicians and producers nationally and internationally. He studied conducting with Eno Koco and Colin Metters (RAM) and is principle conductor of the Brighton and East Sussex Youth Orchestra. He is an internationally known composer, conductor and orchestrator, working with Danny Elfman on his percussion concerto, and conductor orchestrator for the Playstation 5 release Horizon Zero Dawn Forbidden West. Peter is also currently composing for a Disney game and is an artist with LA based music sync label Pusher Music

Since completing a degree in music specialising in performance and qualifying with a PGCE in secondary education Christina has been teaching the flute.She joined Create Music (formerly East Sussex Music) in 1999 and has an excellent record for pupils attaining distinctions and merit in ABRSM exams up to and including ABRSM performance diploma.
Sarah Davison
Cello Tutor
Formerly a student of BHMA/East Sussex Music, Sarah has performed with many of today’s leading artists in orchestras nationally and internationally. Touring on Yehudi Menuhin’s Live Music Now! scheme she fostered a love of working with young people. After attending courses with the European String Teachers Association, Sarah went on to teach in a range of settings as a cello teacher, in a career that has spanned 20 years.
Stephen Giles
Violin & Viola Teacher
Stephen has worked with professional orchestras in the UK and abroad, in addition to working with chamber ensembles and in film and TV. He has worked with Create Music (formerly East Sussex Music) since 2000 and teaches violin and viola to children aged 5 to 18, in schools in the Lewes area, and in several ensembles across the service.
Eira Owen
French Horn Tutor
Eira studied at the Royal College of Music, Horn with Julian Baker and Piano with Raymond Fischer. She has enjoyed working in the Brighton & Hove area for Create Music for over twenty years, mainly teaching Horn but also being involved in various Music Centre activities.
