Meet the Tutors

Graham Coldwell
Violin Teacher
Graham studied at the London College of Music followed by a postgraduate course at the National Centre for Orchestral Studies. He teaches Violin, viola, piano and keyboard. Graham conducts HAYSO and can regularly be seen playing professionally in orchestras for opera, choral societies and musicals in the local area.

Gavin Kibble
Cello Teacher
Gavin moved to Hastings in 2019, having previously studied at the University of Oxford and the Royal Academy of Music before establishing himself as a freelance musician in London. He now divides his time between performance and education, and he enjoys teaching students of all ages and abilities. Gavin is a member of the London Handel Players and also plays with many other ensembles such as the Academy of Ancient Music, Solomons Knot, La Nuova Musica and the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.
