Lifesize & Brutpop present SONIC FAIR

DYI  Instruments, soundscapes, games, live performances.

Lifesize and Brutpop welcome you to an interactive exhibition celebrating fun and accessible DIY instruments, activities, and games for all ages, along with live performances and workshops. The Sonic Fair is a culmination of a week-long residency and is part of Coastal Currents arts festival. All events are free entry!

Friday 30th September from 6pm

Launch event: Before the Sonic Fair proper opens we invite you to meet the team behind the Sonic Fair and find out what it’s all about. Enjoy live performances from sound artists (to be announced)

Saturday 1st October 11am-6pm

The Sonic Fair is open to all ages - a multi-sensory experience - come and play, discover and explore. Featuring eclectic homemade instruments, sound games, and interactive improvisations, the Sonic Fair is full of curious sounds, noisy and low tech with visible wires and inexpensive materials.
Cafe operating on site until 4pm

Sunday 2nd October 1pm-6pm

The final day of the Sonic Fair is dedicated to interactive workshops and talks. Full details to be announced soon!
