A network for colleagues working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in school, including those in a mainstream setting.

Embracing Technology in Music Teaching: Looking to the Future

We are excited to invite you to our first Face-to-Face SEND Music Network Meeting this summer term.

Guest Speaker will be Dianne Highet from Charanga.  Dianne will lead a session focused on using technology with children with SEND.  We will explore the use of technology to enhance the teaching and learning of music, and workshop some ideas together. There will also be an opportunity to share technology you have successfully used in your own music teaching.

In addition, there will also be an opportunity to look at updating / writing your School Music Development Plan.

Please bring: A laptop or tablet with you.

Registration: We ask that you complete the Eventbrite registration to confirm your attendance, which will also help us gauge interest and ensure viability of the sessions.

Mon 9 Jun, 4-6pm
