Refreshements
Students should bring with them enough packed lunch, snacks and drinks for the day, on each day of the course. Drinking water will also be available at all venues.
Leaving the Venue
Students (of any age) will not be allowed to leave course venues during the day and we expect that they will be met from their course by a responsible person. If your child is to leave unaccompanied at the end of the course and you did not give permission when applying, please confirm this by email on the day of the course. Students will only be allowed to leave course venues during the day if permission has been granted by a parent/carer. Further details will be sent approximately two weeks before the course begins.
Attendance
It is helpful for the ensemble and course leader if pupils can attend for the duration of the course, including the performance.
However please check the dates of any school trips, sports days or Year 6 induction sessions before applying and let us know if you are unable to attend the course in full – please note that full fees will still be due.
If a student needs to leave a course early on any day we will require a letter from their parent/carer to that effect.
First Aid
A first aid appointed person will be in attendance at each venue. However please include details of any medical conditions when applying. We cannot guarantee that our appointed person will be trained to take responsibility for all medical conditions.
